While most discount or “flat-fee” brokerages provide limited service where you do all the work, we provide FULL SERVICE representation from pre-listing support all the way through closing the deal.

We started our brokerage in June, 2017 and in that time we have helped hundreds of homeowners save hundreds of thousands of dollars. The process to sell a house is straight forward and does not change so why should the owner of a $300,000 house pay 50% more in commissions than the owner of a $200,000 house? The Realtor commission model is broken and we’re not playing by the old rules anymore. Our goal is to save our clients as much money as possible when selling their house while getting them the highest sales price possible. This is why we charge a $0 commission to sell your house.

Understanding that buying a house is the biggest financial decision most people make in their lifetime, I pride myself on not just selling houses but finding the right home for each of my clients. I am the father of 3 wonderful kids, have my Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and spent 20 years in Fortune 200 companies prior to embarking on a career in real estate. After graduating college I moved to California and started my career in the semiconductor industry which allowed me to live and work around the world. Finally settling down in Dallas to raise my family I worked at Texas Instruments for 13 years.
After 20 years in corporate America I decided a career change was in order, I launched my own real estate investment, construction and land development company. This eventually led me to become a real estate agent and broker and start Zero Dollar Listing. I believe that honing my project management skills in corporate America and my hands-on knowledge of building and remodeling houses gives me a unique advantage over other real estate agents and brokers in the business today.
When working with clients I use a relaxed, low-pressure, low key approach and believe that communication is the key to a stress-free buying and selling experience.

I have been a real estate agent since January, 2019 after graduating from University of North Texas with my BA in marketing and economics. I’m also a licensed notary public that works with title companies around the DFW area to close clients buying properties or refinancing their current homes.
I work closing with David to provide great service for our clients. Whether showing our buyer clients new homes, tracking the sales process once one of our listings goes under contract or updating our clients on the progress made on their transaction, I’m here to help our clients have a great buying or selling experience.
